Interesting Rose Plant

I planted the following rose plant last year. This year it has come up very well, with a ton of roses already.

All I did was to build up some soil and leaves around the bast of the plant last fall and then I left it alone over the winter. Then in the spring I moved away the leaves and spread out the soil a bit and the plant took off -other then having to cut off a couple tips from a small number of branches, the plant has thrived this year.

Enjoy the pictures!
