Carolina Hurricanes vs. Washington Capitals
The Hurricanes beat New Jersey in the first round while the Capitals beat Montreal. The Hurricanes won the only previous playoff series between the two teams, back in 2019. The two teams split their regular season match-ups. Look for the Hurricanes to win in seven.

Western Conference

Dallas Stars vs. Winnipeg Jets
The Stars beat Colorado in the first round while the Jets beat St. Louis. The Jets won three out of four games in the regular season and this is the first meeting in the playoffs between the two teams. Look for the Jets to win in six games.

Vegas Golden Knights vs. Edmonton Oilers
The Golden Knights beat Minnesota in the first round while the Oilers beat Los Angeles. This is the second playoff series that the two teams have faced each other in, with the Golden Knights winning two years ago. The teams split their regular season series. Look for the Oilers to advance.
