Team Canada Looks for Gold at the 2026 World Juniors

Team Canada looks to win the Gold Medal at the 50th edition of the World Junior Hockey Championships being held in the Twin Cities (Minneapolis–Saint Paul, Minnesota.)

Team Canada finished in 5th Place in 2025 and are looking at winning the tournament for the 21st time. Team Canada sits with 20 Gold Medals, 10 Silver Medals, and 5 Bronze for 35 total medals.

Canada enters the tournament with an overall record of 209–60–23.

Canada’s first game is today against Czechia (December 26th), followed by Latvia (December 27th), Denamrk (December 29th), and finally Finland (December 31st.)
