The 2024 NHL Conference Finals are now set.

Let’s look at the match-ups:

Eastern Conference:

In the Eastern Conference, the Florida Panthers take on the New York Rangers.

The Panthers beat out the Boston Bruins in six games while the Rangers beat out the Carolina Hurricanes in six games as well.

The Panthers won two out of the three games they played during the regular season, and this is the second time the two teams have met in the playoffs – the last time way back in 1997 in the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals, which the Rangers won in five games.

Look for the Rangers to win in six games.

Western Conference:

In the Western Conference, the Edmonton Oilers takes on the Dallas Stars.

The Stars beat out Colorado Avalanche in six games while the Oilers won a seven game series against the Vancouver Canucks. The Stars won two out of their three games during the regular season.

The Stars have won six of the eight playoff match-ups, but the last time the two teams met in the playoffs was back in 2003.

Look for the Canucks/Oilers to win in five games.
