The Quarterfinals for the Euro 2020 tournament are now set.

The following teams won their Round of 16 matches to qualify: Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, and Ukraine.

The match-ups for the Quarterfinals are as follows:

July 2nd: Belgium vs. Italy
July 2nd: Switzerland vs. Spain
July 3rd: Ukraine vs. England
July 3rd: Czech Republic vs. Denmark

Some highlights from the Round of 16 include Belgium eliminating the defending Champions, Portugal, 1-0; the Czech Republic beating The Netherlands 2-0; Switzerland beating the defending World Cup and two time Euro Champions, France 5-4 on Penalties; and England beating Germany 2-0.

Look for Italy, Spain, England, and Denmark to advance. In the first round only three of my eight predictions came true, so let’s see if my projections work out better this time.
